  This job can be considered recent due to the extensive history of Heights Plumbing & Heating Inc. in the New Mexico area. The complexity of this job is a highlight, as it shows the wide range of Mechanical Contracting we have successfully completed in the past several years. This job was challenging due to the safety concern for Students and Faculty very near the construction site.   In this Multi-Story building we have performed Tenant Improvements. The work was performed after hours, as to not interrupt daily business. We are able to coordinate after hours material deliveries, inspections, and any other necessary steps required for your specific job requirements.   UNMH Clinical Neuroscience Center
  This Qualifications based project was very challenging due to the tight site conditions. This was a remodel of an existing 40,000 square foot space. This job included 80 new exam sinks, 3,000 feet of Medical Gas Piping, 46 new medical gas outlets, 5 Area Alarms and Certified tie-ins to the main Hospital Medical Gases.   The New Cubero Elementary School
  This was a New Construction project from the ground up. We were an excellent fit for this Qualification based project due to our extensive experience working on numerous school projects without safety violations. We have worked on several campuses in which students were present, without incident. Including APS, Rio Rancho Schools, UNM, UNMH, NMIMT, Belen Consolidated Schools and Socorro Schools to name a few.
